Viktor Jeans

I know it's a bit late for the this but I really feel honored to have worked with one of the best photographers in the Philippines - Dakila Angeles.

"I wanted the pair of VIKTOR jeans to be the main subject of the photograph. I knew right from the beginning that the model should be wearing nothing else but those jeans. I tried to eliminate all the elements that would have attracted attention away from the main subject so I shot it against a plain background and converted the photograph to black and white. I requested the model to wear a mask to turn her into a nameless, ageless, living mannequin."

I had a great time taking photos of Anna and Raffy:) It was a good thing everything cooperated with us-- weather, traffic, and even the location was far from pesky onlookers bothering us.

There's always a first time for everything and this time it had something to do with pre wedding parties-- aka "Bridal Shower." I was so thrilled when I found out that there'll be a shower party for Anna and Che U. I mean, I have only seen Bridal showers in magazines and movies--but nothing compares to the real thing , right?

Macy's Fields

Now how do I describe them? They're like my first kiss, an unforgettable happy thought or that moment when I'd witness a rainbow after a rainy day. In short, pure bliss :D

Yummy turtle pies being sold by my officemate, Macy! They're on top of my fave dessert list na (beating The Old Spaghetti House's lemon creme brulee and Pili pudding).

the sweetest thing

As I read this post from a blog I ran into (and now I'm a frequent visitor), I felt kileg. Not mushy sweet.

Everyday I'm learning something new about you, and it never ceases to amaze me. Like the fact that you've read Jonathan Franzen's "The Corrections" before (and it's a bloody thick book).
Or how you're a somewhat gullible foodie ("Look, that stall says it's FAMOUS!").
Or how our laughter seems uniquely alike (you laugh like a young boy, while I laugh like a young girl).

In 2 days' time, it'll be 2 months since we've been together and I'll be out of the country on a short business trip.

I'll be glad to come back to you.
